Mission Start Text

Xiahou Dun and Xiahou Yuan have demanded a display of might, two-on-one, no less. Perhaps they wish to see for themselves whether a mere militia soldier has what it takes to fight alongside Cao Cao.

Although men from the Xiahou clan can certainly be trying at times, there likely is little choice but to take up their challenge...

The Two Walls Stand Tall Walkthrough

Before the Boss Battle

You will enter the battlefield with 20 Fortitude and the first and only Battle Flag can be found directly on your left. This is a short mission consisting only of a friendly duel against both Xiahou Dun and Xiahou Yuan. Prepare and buff yourself at the Battle Flag, then walk towards the two when you're ready to fight.

 

Boss: Xiahou Dun & Xiahou Yuan

This is a duo boss fight; you will have to fight both bosses at the same time. Xiahou Dun and Xiahou Yuan have separate health bars and Spirit Gauges, and both start at 20 Morale. Xiahou Dun wields a greataxe and will mostly engage in short to mid-range combat, while Xiahou Yuan wields a sword and bow, engaging in long or short range. They are both quite aggressive and will follow you. Try grouping them up together and performing moves that will hit both targets at the same time. In addition, perform Fatal Strikes as often as possible. You cannot be hit by the other boss while in the animation. Learn more about them and how to beat them by reading their individual page.

Defeat both bosses and you can briefly talk to them to gather their opinions. Shortly after, the quest will end, rewarding you with a Bronze Sword and Guard Poleaxe among other items.
