Preachers of the Dark Path is a Sub Mission in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. This mission is recommended for level 77. Preachers of the Dark Path tasks players with eliminating Yu Ji's remaining warlock followers in Xiapi Stronghold. This is a battle arena style mission that has the player taking on several waves of opponents. Please see Missions for other walkthroughs on other missions. Sub Missions are secondary quests that are not mandatory on completing the game, but can yield important rewards as well as expand the lore and story of the game and its characters.

Mission Start Text
After Lu Bu's death, the hideous nature of Yu Ji's crimes came to light. His mere existence spread fear into the hearts of many, and as his power became the envy of warlocks corrupted by darkness, it was but a matter of time until a number of them began to follow in his footsteps too.
Rooting out Yu Ji right this moment may not be possible, but the flow of evil spreading through the land must be stopped. Eliminate his warlock followers and carve the way for a peaceful world.

Preachers of the Dark Path Walkthrough
Eliminate the Warlocks at Xiapi Stronghold
You begin the mission in front of the main Xiapi Stronghold, with the mission's only Battle Flag already activated to your right. Your Fortitude is set to 18 at the beginning of this mission. This is a battle arena style mission that has you taking on several waves of opponents. Walk straight ahead towards the stairs to begin the encounters.
- The first wave consists of a Chang Gui tiger demon and two Demonized Warlocks.
- The second wave consists of a Zhuyan ape demon and three Demonized Warlocks - One of these warlocks will spawn further up the stairs.
- The third and final wave consists of a Corpse Demon and four Demonized Warlocks - Each warlock spawns on either side of each set of stairs.
There's not much strategy to these fights other than taking out the warlocks first and foremost before focusing on the demons as they can disrupt you with their magic.
Once all three waves are defeated, walk up the stairs and speak to Zuo Ci to complete the mission. The first time you complete this mission, you will gain the protection of Baize the Divine Beast, unlocking its fourth Divine Beast's Favor. Completion awards the following:
