Elixir is a Usable Item in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. Elixir increases both Morale Rank and increases Spirit gain when used, but causes Spirit to slowly decrease over time. Usable Items are comprised primarily of consumables that have various effects when used such as healing, granting temporary buffs, awarding the Genuine Qi currency used for leveling up, raising your Morale Rank and many more. Some Usable Items are tools that can be reused and do not disappear after being used. Most Usable Items can be assigned to a Quick Slot and used instantly without having to go through the inventory, even while in combat.

Elixir is a medicine made with Chinese alchemy. It has the power to revitalize one's Elixir Field—parts of the body that work as energy centers—and raise their Qi in order to increase Morale. However, an overdose can cause one to lose their mind. Irresponsible use is hence strictly prohibited

Using Elixir grants the following effect:

• Raises Morale Rank and increases Spirit gain when used, but causes Spirit to slowly decrease over time. 
• Players can stack upto 3 Elixirs
