Poison Corrosion is one of the Wizardry Spells in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. Wizardry Spells are active skills with elemental properties tied to the Five Phases philosophy. These abilities can be cast when the required conditions are met and each Spell has varying effects. Poison Corrosion belongs to the Metal Phase Spells category which utilize Toxin as their main element and can counteract the spells and effects of the Wood Phase, but are overcome by the Fire Phase. It is an Offensive Spell that deals damage within a limited range, able to hit multiple opponents.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Poison Corrosion Spell Information
- Release a stream of poisonous fog in a narrow cone in front of you, dealing continuous damage to opponents hit and accumulating the Poison status effect on them.
- Base Damage & Status Accumulation scales with the Metal Virtue.
- Deals very good damage if enemies are subjected to the entire duration of the stream. Very fast Poison accumulation.
- Narrow cone effect makes it difficult to hit multiple opponents. Not ideal for use on enemies at different levels of elevation due to its very limited verticality.
- Has virtually no stagger capability and enemies can easily power through the effect. Best used when you have a large opening.
- Can be cast to cancel out projectiles of the Wood Phase variety. Excellent for deflecting attacks that travel in a straight line or home in towards your front. Its prolonged effect requires less timing compared to other spells but its narrow trajectory leaves you defenseless against attacks that come in from other directions.
- Quick Cast Animation speed with the stream beginning immediately after the final casting frame.
- Low base Spirit cost.
