Frozen Malice is one of the Wizardry Spells in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. Wizardry Spells are active skills with elemental properties tied to the Five Phases philosophy. These abilities can be cast when the required conditions are met and each Spell has varying effects. Frozen Malice belongs to the Water Phase Spells category which utilize Ice as their main element and can counteract the spells and effects of the Fire Phase, but are overcome by the Earth Phase. It is an Offensive Spell can hit a single target.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Frozen Malice Spell Information
- Channel Ice magic into a large icicle and then hurl it forward or towards a locked-on opponent. Deals damage and accumulates the Frostbite status effect upon impact.
- Base Damage & Status Accumulation scales with the Water Virtue.
- Deals very heavy damage and has a long range and fast projectile travel speed.
- Projectile has moderate tracking.
- Has a high impact and can stagger most opponents. Some enemies can even be knocked back by the impact.
- Can hit opponents at different levels of elevation within the spell's maximum range.
- Can be cast to cancel out projectiles of the Fire Phase variety but is not ideal for this purpose, due to the projectile's narrow hitbox.
- Long wind-up during the Cast Animation can leave you very vulnerable while engaged with an opponent. Best used to "snipe" opponents from a distance whilst they are unaware of your presence.
- Very high base Spirit cost.
