Bronze Spear is one of the Slashing Spears available in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. Bronze Spear is a slim, sharp slashing spear made of bronze. Its ease of use and production made it popular up until the Former Han period. Slashing Spears are similar to traditional spears, but feature a curved blade at the end, allowing players to deliver slashing attacks in addition to thrusting attacks. Slashing Spears have a longer reach than most other melee weapons, making them ideal for players who prefer to keep their distance from Enemies. .
A predecessor to the halberd and naginata, it was capable not only of piercing, but also slashing. It was more versatile than the spears used by cavalry that excelled at thrusting, making them indispensable for typical foot soldiers. Although the materials used changed over time, the design endured. This was a standard weapon for armies from antiquity up to the Tang period.
