Sword of Yu the Great is one of the Swords available in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. Sword of Yu the Great is a legendary bronze sword created by Yu the Great, who established the ancient Xia dynasty. Swords strike a good balance between speed, damage and range. The Sword moveset offers a lot of more vertically-oriented slashes and forward thrusts compared to the other one-handed bladed weapons, reducing their effectiveness in situations where you are surrounded from multiple directions..

Upon its jet-black blade are inscribed the 28 mansions of Chinese astronomy, depicting the positions of the moon and sun as well as the characters for mountain, river, sun, and moon. Yu passed this sword on to his son, Qi, while giving his position to his brilliant subordinate Yi before passing away. Then, it is said that Qi took this sword in his hands and slew Yi, taking the throne in turn. The chagrin of Yi, cut down unjustly, lingers in the crimson letters inscribed on this blade, causing it to exude ominous Demonic Qi.
