      Great Skill works Good in mage Runs because with this you can prog fire in Seconds. Its also better to use Point Blank than ranged. Also the fire Effekt is a nice adition to it

        I think this scales off fire which makes it absolutely useless on a weapon that doesn't have fire scaling.
